These documents describe Nordtier’s current pilot-stage service. They should be reviewed and updated as Nordtier’s legal entity and operating structure are formalised.

By creating a company profile or using Nordtier, you agree to use the platform in accordance with these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Nordtier is a Defence Supplier Readiness Management Platform designed for manufacturing SMEs preparing for defence-related supply chains.

Nordtier provides a structured Free Defence Supplier Readiness Assessment and, through the Nordtier Pilot Programme, a separate Readiness Improvement Plan with deeper supplier-development guidance.

Nordtier is not:

• a certification body
• an accreditation body
• a defence procurement authority
• a defence prime contractor
• a qualification or approval authority
• a provider of legal advice
• a provider of export-control legal advice
• a guarantee of supplier acceptance
• a guarantee of defence contracts

Nordtier readiness score is an internal assessment indicator. It does not represent certification, accreditation, qualification, or acceptance as a defence supplier.

Nordtier does not guarantee regulatory compliance and does not provide legal or export-control advice.

Nordtier is organised around company accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You should only use the platform on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to represent.

The Free Defence Supplier Readiness Assessment establishes a structured internal readiness baseline. The Readiness Score and related results are internal readiness indicators for your organisation’s use. They do not constitute certification, accreditation, qualification, approval, or acceptance as a defence supplier.

The Assessment Report is intended to support internal readiness planning and leadership discussion. It does not replace customer audits, formal qualification processes, or independent professional advice.

The Readiness Improvement Plan is a separate, deeper product that builds on the assessment baseline. Access is currently available to participating organisations through the Nordtier Pilot Programme and is not automatically included with every Free Assessment completion.

During the Nordtier Pilot Programme, participating organisations may receive complimentary access to the Readiness Improvement Plan to evaluate the platform and provide feedback. Participation is not automatic. Commercial payment and entitlement options are not yet part of the public website.

You must not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt service, or use Nordtier outputs to misrepresent your organisation’s readiness, certification status, or qualification status to third parties.

Nordtier retains its rights in the platform, methodology presentation, software, branding, and related materials. Your organisation retains its rights in the information it submits. Generated reports are provided for your organisation’s internal use in connection with the platform.

Nordtier may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the pilot-stage product develops. Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nordtier is provided on an “as available” basis for internal readiness preparation. Nordtier is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of assessment results, for lost business opportunities, or for third-party qualification, procurement, or contracting outcomes. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Formal governing-law and dispute provisions will be published when the Nordtier legal entity and domicile are established.

These Terms may be updated as the platform and operating structure develop. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
